How our fees work
- You receive the fee in writing before we start.
- Third-party costs, such as notaries, licensed lawyers, translators and authority fees, you pay directly to the provider.
- No commission or other benefit from lawyers, debt collection providers, tax advisers or notaries.
- No commission or other benefit from hospitals, banks or estate agents.
- No share of amounts recovered in a claim, and no success-based fee.
- Your money never passes through our accounts.
