Your trusted contact in Germany and Europe

Setting up a company, moving your family, a German business partner who does not pay, an appointment at an embassy: we coordinate it from Frankfurt, in Arabic and English, and introduce you to licensed professionals, whom you instruct directly, wherever German law requires them.

The first call of 20 minutes is free of charge.

You Your company, your family, your claim
Sanad Europe We coordinate, translate and accompany you
Licensed professionals Lawyers, tax advisers, notaries and sworn translators, whom you instruct directly

Germany has no golden visa. We tell you which routes exist, and who is allowed to do the rest.

Sanad (سند) is Arabic for support: someone you can lean on.

Who we work with

Entrepreneurs and investors

From the Gulf, the Levant, Iraq, Egypt and North Africa, who want to set up a company, invest or trade in Germany.

Companies and individuals with a claim

Against a German business partner: unpaid invoices, contracts that are not honoured, disputes that need a way forward.

Families and individuals

Moving to Germany or already living here, and dealing with authorities, recognition of documents and consulates.

What we do, and what licensed professionals do

Every service has a clear line. On one side, the work we do ourselves. On the other, the work that German law reserves for licensed professionals. You instruct them directly, and we coordinate between you.

Business and investment

Your company in Germany, from the first idea to a working company.

What we do

  • Market entry and choice of location, with a focus on Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region
  • Explaining the types of German companies in business terms
  • Business plan for your company; whether it suits a residence application is assessed by a licensed immigration lawyer
  • Introductions to notaries, licensed tax advisers and banks
  • Appointments, interpreting and translation
  • Finding business partners and suppliers
  • Accompanying you to authorities and the chamber of commerce (IHK)

Licensed professionals you instruct

  • Articles of association and shareholder agreements: licensed lawyers
  • Notarisation: notaries
  • Tax structure: licensed tax advisers

Residence and relocation

Moving to Germany, for yourself or for your family.

What we do

  • A general overview of the residence routes that exist: self-employment, EU Blue Card, Opportunity Card, family reunification and study
  • Checklists as published by the embassy or authority, without assessing your individual case
  • Booking embassy and visa appointments
  • Organising certified translations by sworn translators
  • Organising apostille or legalisation, and the recognition of qualifications
  • Accompanying you to the immigration office as your interpreter
  • Practical help in your first weeks: registering your address, schools, opening a bank account

Licensed professionals you instruct

  • Assessment of your individual case, application strategy, objections and representation before authorities: licensed immigration lawyers

Claims and disputes

A German company owes you money or does not honour a contract.

What we do

  • Recording the facts of your matter in Arabic
  • Organising and translating contracts, invoices and correspondence
  • A business background check on the other side, using the commercial register, insolvency notices and other public sources
  • Introductions to licensed lawyers or registered debt collection service providers
  • Translation between you and the lawyer you instruct; we do not contact the other side about the claim
  • Explaining German business culture to you

Licensed professionals you instruct

  • Demand letters, negotiation, settlement, court action and enforcement: licensed lawyers, or registered debt collection service providers

We never take a share of the amount recovered.

Authorities, consulates and embassies

Appointments, forms and documents, without the language barrier.

What we do

  • Booking appointments and preparing forms
  • Accompanying you and interpreting
  • Organising certifications and legalisation
  • Appointments and documents for consular services of Arab states in Germany, such as certifications and passports; we do not draft powers of attorney
  • Organisational correspondence with embassies and consulates, such as appointments and document status

Licensed professionals you instruct

  • Legal representation before authorities: licensed lawyers

No one can honestly promise appointment dates or decisions, so we do not either.

Communication and reputation

When the German press asks questions, or you need a clear public statement.

What we do

  • Handling press enquiries in Germany
  • Statements and crisis communication
  • Monitoring and communication strategy for your online reputation
  • Introductions to PR agencies and to licensed media lawyers

Licensed professionals you instruct

  • Letters under press law and removal requests based on legal claims: licensed media lawyers

How we work

  1. You tell us what you need

On WhatsApp, by phone or by email, in Arabic or English. The first call of 20 minutes is free of charge.

  2. We map the steps

Which organisational steps are needed, in which order, for which fixed fee, and which licensed professional you need for which part.

  3. We coordinate

We book, translate, accompany and keep everyone informed. You deal with one person instead of every office separately.

Why Sanad Europe

One person, both worlds

Born and raised in Germany, many years in the Middle East, based in Frankfurt. You speak directly with the person who coordinates your matter, not with a call centre.

Honest about scope

We tell you openly what we can do and what we cannot. Licensed professionals handle the legal and tax side.

Fixed fees, no surprises

Fixed packages, third-party costs shown separately, no percentages, and your money never passes through our accounts.

What we do not do

Clear limits protect you, and they protect us.

  • No legal advice, and no representation before authorities or courts
  • No tax advice
  • No debt collection of any kind, no share of recovered amounts and no success-based fee
  • No property brokerage, and no commission from estate agents
  • No recommendations of financial products
  • No company formation on behalf of others, no registered or business address, no trustee services, no client money
  • No guarantees for visas, permits, deadlines or court decisions
  • No commission or other benefit from lawyers, debt collection providers, tax advisers or notaries
  • No commission or other benefit from hospitals, banks or estate agents: only you pay our fee

About the founder

Name of the founder (shown as an image)

Our founder was born and raised in Germany and lived for many years in the Middle East. He works from Frankfurt am Main and speaks Arabic, German and English.

He founded Sanad Europe so that clients from the Arab world have one person in Germany who knows both sides and says honestly what is possible.

Sanad Europe is operated by M.B. Great Cyprus Holding Ltd, Limassol, Cyprus, where he is director.

Why Frankfurt

  • Seat of the European Central Bank and the Deutsche Bundesbank
  • Nonstop flights to the Gulf and across the Arab world
  • Home of Messe Frankfurt and its international trade fairs
  • Several Arab states have a consulate in the city

Europe beyond Germany

In Cyprus, where our operating company is based, we introduce you to licensed Cypriot lawyers and accountants, whom you instruct directly.

For other EU countries, we can introduce you on request to licensed advisers there; we do not advise on the law of those countries.

Frequently asked questions

Can you get me a residence permit?

No one can honestly promise that, because the competent authority decides. We explain the routes that exist, help you gather the documents on the official list and accompany you. A licensed lawyer whom you instruct directly assesses your individual case.

Is there residence in Germany in exchange for a fixed investment?

No. Germany has no residence programme in exchange for a fixed investment amount. A residence permit for self-employment is decided case by case, based on the business idea.

Do you give legal or tax advice?

No, we do not give legal or tax advice. Licensed lawyers and tax advisers do that, and you instruct them directly. We coordinate, translate and follow up.

A German company owes us money. Can you help?

Yes, with the preparation and coordination: we record the facts of your matter in Arabic, organise and translate the documents, gather public information on the other side and introduce you to a licensed lawyer or a registered debt collection service provider. We never take a share of the amount.

Who pays your fee?

Only you. We accept no commission or other benefit from lawyers, debt collection providers, tax advisers or notaries, and none from hospitals, banks or estate agents.

Do you help with medical treatment in Germany?

On request: contacting hospitals, requesting the hospital's cost estimate, documents for a medical visa, interpreting and accompanying you. Our fee is paid only by the patient, never by a hospital.

Which languages do you work in?

Arabic, English and German.

Tell us what you need

Write to us in Arabic or English. The first call of 20 minutes is free of charge.

Please do not send passport copies or confidential documents in your first message. We will agree with you how to share them.
